Performance Dynamics is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois and has the capability of servicing our customers nationally.  As owners of Performance Dynamics, Shirley Brown-Berchou is CEO and is primarily responsible for the operations, legal, and financial aspects, and Gary Hayes is President and is primarily responsible for the sales and customer satisfaction aspects of the company.  Our business objective is not market centric, but rather client centric.  Our goal is not to be the largest in a market, but rather to be the best at providing performance based solutions on a national basis to our customers.
